Lady Dia is luxury charter yacht, a flagship of Ferretti Custom Line 124 model, built by CRN Ferretti Group and launched in 2011. Her naval architecture is done by Advanced Yacht Technology, while her fantastic exterior and the interior by world known Zuccon International. Lady Dia boasts beautiful fly bridge that accommodates bar with ice maker, BBQ, a table with chairs, abundant seating, Jacuzzi surrounded with sun pads. She feature spacious salon on the main deck with fold-out balconies on each side and airy sky-lounge furnished the best fabrics available nowadays and state-of-the-aft audio-visual systems. In addition to the formal dining table in salon, there is a Al-fresco table on the upper deck aft and sun deck to enjoy meals prepared by your private Chef.
Lady Dia Ferretti Custom Line 124 can accommodate up to twelve charter guests in five staterooms; master, two VIP’s, and two twin cabins. Full beam master stateroom is based on the main deck forward and feature queen sized bed, marble laid bath, wardrobe, dressing table. Two identical VIP staterooms are furnished with a double queen sized beds and two twin cabins are based on the lower deck level. Two twin guest cabins are fitted with single beds, however both cabins are equipped with the Pullman bunk beds as well. It is recommended to use Pullman beds to accommodate kids and/or smaller adults. All staterooms are equal stature so that none of the guests would feel they are second class and are equipped with the air condition with individual A/C controls, flat TV’s and en-suite baths.
Lady Dia is powered with two MTU 12V 4000 M93 developing 3510 BHP per engine take her up to 27.0 Knots, with cruising speed of 15.0 Knots and range up to 450 Nautical Miles. She is equipped with the fin stabilizers “on the way” and gyro “at the anchor”. Her stabilizers guarantees at least 50% reduction of roll both under way and at anchor. Her electrically/hydraulic operated garage converts into a swimming platform for easy sea access. Manned with professional marine crew of seven she is fully equipped for extended cruising in superb comfort and style in the Mediterranean Sea.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
