Naia ex.Pegaso is 73.60m (241'47 ft) long, ICE Classed 1D + LMC + CCS, UMS research vessel, built according to Lloyds Class requirements and MCA compliant luxury charter yacht. Naia is designed and built for world cruising, exploring and research in Spanish Freire Shipyard and delivered in 2011 as Pegasus, thereafter she was renamed Naia by her new owner. She went for refit to same shipyard in 2014, where her machinery, electronics have been upgraded, interior re-designed and converted.
Naval Architecture is done by the following team: BMT Nigel Gee, Freire In House Engineers and Sermarine. Her exterior lines are styled by H2 Yacht Design/Moore Yacht Design and her extravagant, luxurious interior is designed by Mark Berryman.
Naia boasts amazing vast teak decks and offers a Five Stars amenities to her guests; panoramic views of cruising destination, Jacuzzi for eight persons, sun loungers, fully equipped GYM, media lounge and a observation lounge, Al-Fresco tables, indoor and outdoor bars, a lot of seating areas, beautiful salons, helipad, a beach club with professional diving gear and ultimate sea water sports toys and tenders.
Naia's layout sleeps up to twelve guests in seven double staterooms and one single cabin. All staterooms are located on deck level forward of central lobby, with exception to Master stateroom. Full beam Master suite is situated on the private deck, called "Master Deck" and feature; emperor size bed, 360 degrees panoramic views through large windows, large en-suite bath with luxurious decorations, a lounge area, office, and private terraces on fore and aft. Master stateroom is connected with the elevator directly from the Heli-deck.
VIP stateroom is fitted with the emperor size bed and all guest staterooms are equipped with the king size beds. All cabins are located on the main deck level and all are with en-suite baths, decorated with finest materials; wood, bamboo and natural stone. If required, four double cabins beds are convertible into twin beds. Salons and staterooms are equipped with latest sophisticated Audio Visual Gear and communication equipment.
Naia is DP1 vessel, powered by twin Caterpillar 3516C engines and Cat C18 generators, developing in total 6392 BHP, and reaches max speed of 17.0 Knots. Her usual cruising speed is 14.0 knots, however if she cruise @ 12.0 Knots she has a staggering range of 8.500 Nautical Miles. Additionally, she is equipped with Anchor & Underway motion stabilizing system to make your and your charter party stay aboard even more comfortable.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
