Kokomo is a breathtaking, award wining luxury sailing charter yacht, built by Alloy Yachts based in New Zealand (NZ) and launched in 2010. Her naval architecture and amazing exterior is designed by Dubois Naval Architects, while her beautiful interior is by Redman, Whiteley and Dixon. State of the art materials and technology are used to build this mega yacht with outstanding sailing performances. She is kept in pristine condition since the launch day.

Kokomo boasts large teak laid deck offers Jacuzzi on the bow, fly bridge with sunbathing area, Al-fresco dining area in the cockpit and spacious salon with a bar, formal dining table and large lounge area. She offers accommodation up to ten charter guests in full beam master stateroom, two double staterooms and two twin cabins, one of which is equipped with the Pullman bed. All staterooms are air conditioned with individual cabin controls, en-suite facilities, state of the art audio-visual gear. All staterooms are based on the lower deck level.

Her sails area is 1914 m², (Up Wind) 2046.7 m² custom made by Stratis Doyle, with mast height of 75m above waterline, operated with a deck winches made by Alloy Yachts/Reckmann. When not under sails, Kokomo is powered by reliable Caterpillar C18 engines, each developing 872 BHP per unit, supported by two gen sets Northern Lights each with 115 KW output. Her cruising speed is 3700 Nautical Miles @ speed of 13.5 Knots. Kokomo is manned by a professional marine crew of ten.

All information are subject to change without notice. Yacht charter prices are for a one-week charter or per day. Exact pricing and/ or any other detail will be confirmed in charter contract.

Any applicable taxes are extra.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.

It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.

Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.

In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.

Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
