Agram is Croatian flagged luxury charter yacht built by the Netherlands based shipyard Heesen and launched in 2008. Her sleek and sporty exterior and fantastic airy interior is designed by the Omega Architects and the Heesen In house Team.
She boasts three decks, spacious salon on main deck and sky lounge as second salon, amazing seating area on the fore deck and the spacious sundeck equipped with the Jacuzzi surrounded with the sun pads, a bar, BBQ and al fresco tables.
Agram can accommodate up to twelve charter guests in five + one convertible and air conditioned staterooms. Full beam master stateroom is based on the main deck forward of salon and feature king size bed, large en-suite equipped with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, small walk-in wardrobe and an office. Two VIP staterooms based on the lower deck feature queen sized beds and en-suites fitted with shower. Further to the forward there are two twin cabins that are convertible into double cabins if required by her clients. Both are with en-suite baths with showers. Her sky lounge is convertible into a double stateroom with the queen size bed.
She is equipped with latest state-of-the-art audio & video systems provided in the salons and the master stateroom such as: Bose sound system, large LCD’s TV’s, SAT TV, Apple TV, WiFi.
Agram is powered by two MTU 16V 4000 M90 engines, each developing 3650 BHP taking her up to 24.0 Knots, while she cruise @ 14.0 Knots and max range of 1.000 Nautical Miles. Her maximum range is 3.200 Nautical Miles @ speed of 12.0 Knots. She is manned by professional and dedicated marine crew of nine.
Agram luxury charter yacht can be rented in the Adriatic Sea destinations from Zadar, Sibenik, Split, Dubrovnik, Istria, Montenegro, however re-delivery fees are applicable.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
