Astra is Lloyds classed and MCA compliant luxury charter yacht built by Amels Holland, well known in as synonym for a superyacht construction. Astra was launched in 2014 as Limited Edition Amels 180 model with naval architecture done by Amels In House team with breathtaking exterior designed by Tim Heywood, while her stunning light and airy interior is designed by Laura Sessa Romboli.

She boasts fantastic teak laid sundeck fitted with large Jacuzzi surrounded with sun-pads, a bar, seating areas, sunbathing areas, drop down cinema screen and Teppaniaki grill. Upper deck feature Al-fresco dining table, sky-lounge equipped with a cinema screen, grand baby piano, games table and soft lounge area. Main deck offers aft lounge area, spacious main salon equipped with formal dining table.

Her layout sleeps ten charter guests in a five generous staterooms. Full beam master stateroom is on main deck forward of main salon and features: king size bed, en-suite marble bathroom with his and hers facilities, Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in wardrobe, private office, fold-able balconies on the port and starboard side. Two VIP staterooms equipped with queen sized beds and two twin cabins, one of which is convertible into a double, are based on the lower deck level. All staterooms are air conditioned with individual cabin controls for A/C and en-suite baths.

Super yacht Astra is powered with two MTU 16V 2000 M70 developing 1408 BHP per engine, pushing her up to 15.5 Knots and with transatlantic range of 4.500 Nautical miles at speed of 13.0 Knots. She is fitted with anti-roll stabilizers while on the anchor for more comfort of her charter guests. She is manned by professional marine crew of thirteen.

All information are subject to change without notice. Yacht charter prices are for a one-week charter or per day. Exact pricing and/ or any other detail will be confirmed in charter contract.

Any applicable taxes are extra.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.

It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.

Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.

In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.

Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
