Luxury charter yacht Benetti Jaguar is built by Italian by Benetti Shipyard from Viareggio. She was delivered in 2005, however she went to extensive refit and upgrade in 2009 and thereafter in 2010. Her beautiful exterior lines are designed by Stefano Natucci and her fantastic interior by by François Zuretti. She is a Three Deck displacement superyacht, Lloyds classed and MCA compliant.
Benetti Jaguar features large teak laid sundeck equipped with AL-fresco dining tables, a bar, Jacuzzi and sun loungers, sky-lounge and/or upper deck salon, main deck salon and lower deck.
She accommodates up to twelve charter guests in six staterooms: Master, VIP, three double and twin cabin. Master stateroom divided into two levels is located on main deck with direct access to the fore-deck and it’s a full beam. VIP stateroom is located at upper deck forward and other cabins are based on the lower deck. All staterooms are air conditioned, en-suite and equipped with State-Of-The-Aft electronic equipment i.e large flat TV’s, Sat TV, DVD on Demand AMX server controlled via Crestron Control System, WiFi Internet, Phone… Best available materials and fabrics, are used during construction and refit of superyacht Jaguar.
Luxurious Benetti is powered by twin Caterpillar’s 3512 B. She can reach max speed of 17.0 Knots and she cruise at 15.0 Knots. Her max range is impressive 6.200 Nm (Nautical Miles) if she cruise at economic speed of 12.0 Knots. Jaguar carries and offers array of Sea Toys and tenders to her charter guests listed herein below. She is manned by pro maritime crew of 11. Her dedicated crew will make your vacation aboard Jaguar safe and unforgettable.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
