MY Legend ex. Giant is luxury charter yacht, an ice classed therefore ice-breaking explorer type, built by the Netherlands based shipyard IHC Verschure launched in 1974. In 2015, she went for full conversion into an ice classed super yacht by Icon Yachts where she was extended by 3.60m, added swimming platform and a swimming pool and fully certified helipad, cranes. During her extensive rebuild her exterior and the interior was fully modified/ restyled and upgraded to the latest and highest standards in yachting industry. Naval architecture and exterior styling during her conversion time is by Diana Yacht Design with an amazing and luxurious interior by Legend Beheer B.V..

She boasts four decks, offering an opulent salon with formal dining table, fireplace and a GYM on main deck level and amazing upper deck salon offering lounging areas, a piano, a bar and beautiful seating area in the aft equipped with tables, BBQ and bar with stools. Main deck aft offers an Al-fresco dining table, swimming pool and stairs to the large swimming platform. MY Legend offers accommodation up to twenty-six charter guests in thirteen staterooms. Full beam master suite named Paris situated on the top deck features a king sized bed, two en-suite baths with separate showers and bathtubs, walk in wardrobe, lounging area and a study. Next to the master suite there are two twin cabins named Amsterdam and Dubai offering two single beds in each and en-suites with the showers. Lower deck houses two twin staterooms and four double staterooms named Beijing, Istanbul, Surabaya, Tokyo offering a queen sized beds, walk in wardrobes and en-suites with the showers. Two twin staterooms named Kandinsky and Van Gogh offers two single beds and shower en-suites. Van Gogh twin stateroom is bigger than Kandinsky one. Main deck houses two VIP suites New York based on the port side and Moscow based on the starboard side. VIP suite New York features a queen sized bed, lounging area, wardrobe and en-suite with the shower, while VIP suite Moscow boasts a king sized bed, lounging area, walk in wardrobe, office and spacious en-suite with the shower. Two twin staterooms named Sidney, Rio de Janeiro are also based on the main deck level starboard side, offering two single beds and shower en-suites. All her twin cabins beds are convertible into a double berths if required by her charter party. Lower deck houses SPA with Jacuzzi and sauna, massage room. MY Legend offers a state of the art audio-visual gear to her guests: HD LCD TV, Bose Lifestyle systems, SAT TV, docking stations, on demand movies server, WiFi internet connection via VSAT (Satellite) and fantastic range of tenders, sea water sports gear listed herein below. Helicopter, Submarine, Ice pilots are not included in charter rates, as well as expedition leaders or naturalist guides.

MY Legend is powered with two Smit Bolnes 308HDK diesels, each developing 3400 BHP taking her full displacement hull up to 16.0 Knots, while she cruises @ 13.0 Knots and max range of 7.640 Nautical Miles supported by Rolls Royce Aquarius 50 stabilizers for more comfort. MY Legend is manned by professional and en experienced maritime crew of nineteen members.
