Glaros is Greek flagged luxury charter yacht built by Fipa Maiora launched in 2006 as Maiora 38DP model. Naval architecture and exterior design is by Roberto Del Re while her light interior is by Maiora in house designers. She offers beautiful teak laid fly-bridge with Al-fresco table with L-shaped sofa and chairs covered with large Bimini for shade, sunbathing area, fridge, BBQ and second navigation station, while her fore deck offers additional sunbathing area.
Main deck houses classic and contemporary salon offering a lounge with two large L-shaped sofas with coffee tables on both sides and formal dining table towards the bow. Forward, there is the large galley, conceived for long cruises with much storing space and fully equipped for professional Chef. Maiora Glaros accommodates up to twelve charter guests in five air conditioned cabins. VIP cabin based on the main deck level offers a queen sized bed, an office, spacious en-suite bath with a Jacuzzi and shower, while full beam master cabin based on the lower deck forward features a king sized bed, wardrobe, sofa and en-suite equipped with a Jacuzzi. Amidships are two twin cabins, each equipped with two single beds, Pullman bunk beds and en-suites with the showers, while two double cabins based aft offer double berths and en-suites with the rain showers. She is equipped with the latest audio-visual gear upgraded in the 2016 such as: Smart LCD TV’s, SAT TV, Blue Ray player, iPod docking station and Air Play in the salon, DVD players and WiFi internet via 3G/4G router where available.
Maiora Glaros 38 DP is powered with two MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines, developing in total staggering 7500 BHP, pushing her GRP hull up to 27.0 Knots with range of 900 Nautical Miles @ 17.0 Knots. She is also equipped with the stabilizers @ zero speed, therefore rolling motion is minimized while she is at anchor. Glaros is manned by a dedicated and professional maritime crew of seven that would make your private yachting vacation unforgettable.

Greek VAT is 11.5 % and that is extra.
We use HYBA (Hellenic Yacht Brokers Association) contract that is designed to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
