Moka is an explorer luxury charter yacht built by the Sanlorenzo shipyard delivered in 2015 as 460EXP model. Naval architecture is by the Sanlorenzo In House engineering, with exterior styling and her fantastic light, airy interior by Francesco Paszkowski. Moka boasts vast aft deck offers an infinity pool on the main deck, seating areas and fantastic beach club with large swimming platform, while her sun deck shaded by a large hard top offers an observation lounge with chairs, a bar, BBQ with small table and sunbathing area with sun pads. The upper deck aft deck offers an open air lounge with chairs, an Al-fresco dining table and upper salon featuring a relaxation area with sofas and a bar. Her main deck houses main salon with welcoming atmosphere offering lounging areas and formal dining table.
Moka sleeps up to ten charter guests in five air conditioned staterooms. Full beam master stateroom based on the main deck level features a king sized bed, seating area, walk-in wardrobe and his and hers bathrooms, while her two VIP staterooms situated on the lower deck level offers a queen sized beds with shower en-suites. Two twin cabins offers two single beds in each and en-suites with the rain showers. Both twins are convertible into a cabin with double berths if required by her guests. GYM is based on the lower deck level as well. Moka is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual gear; flat LCD TV’s, SAT TV, on demand audio-video, iPod docking stations and WiFi internet connection.
Moka is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 Acert diesels developing 1319 BHP per engine pushing her full displacement hull up to 16.0 Knots with max cruising range of 4.000 Nautical Miles @ 11.0 Knots supported with the stabilizers underway and at anchor. Moka is manned by a dedicated and highly experienced marine crew of nine members. The service aboard is of the highest standard.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
