S/Y Ohana is Italian flagged luxury sailing charter yacht built in New Zealand by Fitzroy Yachts shipyard and launched in 2012. Naval architecture and exterior styling in done by Dubois Naval Architects, while her light, natural colors and airy interior is done by The Owner with assistance of Fitzroy Yachts interior design team. Sailing yacht Ohana was a finalist for both the 2013 World Superyacht Awards and Show Boats Design Awards.
S/Y Ohana is built as High-performance sloop hence the owner is a keen regatta participant, however she is a fantastic charter yacht as well. She boasts beautiful fly-bridge where her charter guests can enjoy full privacy, large salon, five en-suite staterooms, beach club and state of the art audio-visual equipment.
She sleeps up to ten guests in Master stateroom, VIP and two twin cabins, all en-suite and she is manned by the experienced marine crew of eight.
Charter yacht Ohana can be hired in the Mediterranean & Adriatic Sea, thereafter in the Caribbean area. She can be rented for the event chartering like Monaco GP, Cannes Film Festival and regattas as well. Special terms and conditions are applicable for such charters.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
