Sai Ram is a full displacement, Lloyds classed and MCA compliant, luxury charter motor yacht. She is built by Italian Benetti shipyard and launched in 2004. Thereafter she was refitted in 2009, 2010 and just recently in 2015. She is in mint condition and ready to be hired in Mediterranean. Sai Ram exterior was designed by Stefano Natucci, while her unique, minimalistic Zen inspired interior, is designed by Lazzarini & Pickering/Giancarlo De Filippo.
The sundeck is equipped with Jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor bar, Al-fresco dining tables, sun pads and chill out areas that are are perfect for relaxing and entertaining of her charter guests. Benetti Sai Ram boasts two spacious salons, one on main deck level and the other on the the upper deck, usually called Sky Lounge. The Sky Lounge, designed with Feng shui in mind, features large flat TV, state-of-the-aft audio-visual gear, lounge, bar and AL-fresco table in the aft.
The Generous VIP en-suite stateroom is located at upper level and it features breathtaking panoramic views through over sized windows to Sai Ram cruising area. Full beam Master stateroom is situated at main deck level, and it feature large king size bed, his and hers walk–in wardrobe, office with WiFi internet connection, large glass walled en-suite bath. Double guest staterooms and two twin cabins are located at lower deck. All cabins are en-suite and fitted walk-in wardrobe, flat TV’s, internet access via VSAT, phone, on demand Linn audio and video system.
Benetti Sai Ram is powered by twin Caterpillar 3512B engines, delivering in total 3700 BHP and she has 4000 nautical miles range at speed of 12.0 Knots. It is important to mention that this stunning superyacht is equipped with Naiad stabilizers. This system reduce motion of yacht while on high seas and that makes her even more wanted charter yacht.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
