Soiree is a luxury charter yacht built by the Italian shipyard International Shipyard Ancona launched in 2009 as ISA 120 model. Naval architecture is by ISA in house engineering with beautiful exterior styling by Andrea Vallicelli, while her light, airy and modern interior design is by Cristiano Gatto. She is delivered in 2009, however kept in immaculate condition therefore she and her crew and ready to accept new charter guests in the Mediterranean sea.
Soiree boasts fantastic teak laid decks offering large sun deck equipped with Jacuzzi, Al-fresco table, a bar and sunbathing areas, while her main deck houses salon with formal dining table, lounging area and a bar. Her layout sleeps up ten charter guests in five air-conditioned staterooms. Full beam master stateroom is based on the main deck level forward of salon and offers a king-sized bed, a table and spacious en-suite forward on the split-level. VIP and double staterooms based and on the lower deck level offers double sized bed and en-suite with the shower, while her two twin cabins offer two single beds in each and en-suites with the rain showers. She offers following audio-visual gear to her guests: flat TV’s, SAT TV, DVD players, movies and music library, WiFi internet connection where available.
Soiree is driven by three powerful MTU 16V 2000 M93 diesels developing in total staggering 7200 BHP taking her GRP hull up to 32.0 Knots with cruising range of 400 Nautical Miles @ 25.0 Knots. We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
