State Of Grace luxury sailing charter yacht built by Italian well known superyacht builder Perini Navi in their shipyard in Turkey, Istanbul/Yildiz. She was optimized in consultation with Ron Holland Design for excellent sailing performance. Construction of the 40 meter yacht is entirely in aluminum, to assure speed with uncompromising comfort. She is is fitted with 50m mast, furling boom and standing rigging. State of the art in carbon fiber materials are used to build this beauty. The 1.192 m² sails can be handled by just one crew member thanks to an newest sails control system designed by Perini Navi.
With capacity for up to eight charter guests and a crew of six, the accommodation is arranged to provide a range of spaces, from smaller, more private retreats to flexible, open living areas. Full beam master stateroom is based on the aft and feature king sized bed, walk in wardrobe, en-suite with Turkish steam shower and a GYM. Two double staterooms offer queen sized beds and en-suites with showers. One twin cabin is fitted with two single beds, a Pullman bed and en-suite. If required twin cabin is convertible into a double stateroom.
She is powered with one Caterpillar C18 engine developing 680 BHP with consumption of only 90 liters per hour, pushing her aluminum hull up to 13.0 Knots and range of 3000 Nautical Miles @ 8.5 Knots. She is equipped with the newest on board entertainment systems, including WiFi throughout the yacht, satellite/digital television and music systems and she is manned by a experienced marine crew of six.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
