Tuscan Sun is Croatian flagged luxury charter yacht built by Fipa Yachts Italy, delivered in 2008 as Maiora 32DP model.
The fly-bridge is equipped with the second control station, BBQ, ice maker and Al-fresco table all covered with hard top. Her foredeck is fitted with sundpads for sunbathing. Foredeck can be covered with the Bimini for shade if required by her charter guests.
Her light and airy salon feature dining table for ten charter guests, sofas, custom armchairs and a large TV screen linked to Bose Lifestyle Entertainment System, SAT TV, Pioneer Blue Ray DVD. Forward, on the port side there is the large galley, conceived for long cruises with large storing space and equipped for professional Chef.
Tuscan Sun sleeps up to twelve charter guests in three double and two twin cabins. VIP stateroom is based on the main deck level forward of salon and feature queen size bed, sofa, settee and en-suite. Full beam master stateroom is located on the lower deck and feature king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, small sofa, table and en-suite. Two twin cabins on port and starboard side are located amidships in front of master stateroom. Twin cabins are fitted with the Pullman bunk beds and en-suites. Further to the bow there is a double stateroom equipped with the queen size bed and en-suite. All staterooms are air conditioned with individual cabin controls and LCD TV’s.
Maiora 32 DP Tuscan Sun is powered with two MTU 16V 2000 M93 engines developing in total 4700 BHP, pushing her up to 29.0 Knots with cruising range of 500 Nautical Miles at 23.0 Knots. Even though she is 156 GT, seaworthy stable boat, she is equipped with stabilizing system, when on the anchor to make your charter experience in the Adriatic Sea more comfortable somewhere in secluded bays. She is manned by the highly motivated professional maritime crew of five.

We use MYBA ( The Worldwide Yachting Association) agreement that is produced to standardize charter terms and protect the Charterer ( You) , the Owner, and the Agent/Broker.
It has standard protections and escalation clauses in case any problems arise.
Once you have signed a MYBA charter contract, you are obligated to pay the entire charter regardless you actually board the yacht.
In exceptional cases, you may be able to cancel, but monies will be refunded only if the yacht can be chartered to another client, therefore many we suggest purchase of insurance against cancellation.
Charter fee is paid in two rates ; 50% of charter fee when the charter contract is signed and 50 % 4 weeks before charter commencement. Extra expenses are charged with Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). APA is usually 25 % to 30 % of total charter fee and also depending on your itinerary, food, beverages etc. Captain will keep accurate records of funds spent during your charter and at the end of the charter, you will be refunded the difference, or you will be asked to pay more during the cruise if further running costs are incurred.
